Amendment to the Notice of Race

The Notice of Race is amended as follows:
Add new Clause 3.3:
3.3 Electronic Equipment and Outside Help
The following are permitted:
(a) Passive receipt of location data from GPS satellites.
(b) Use of onboard devices that record or display speed, distance, heading, time, or location.
(c) Use of electronic compasses and tracking devices supplied or approved by the Organising Authority.This changes RRS 41.
All other clauses remain unchanged.
